Pixera PAL series measuring devices are optical measuring devices that enable rapid quality control application in aluminum extrusion lines. The devices can make precise measurements near the extrusion lines without being affected by environmental conditions such as temperature, dust and vibration.
The PAL series is designed to detect errors that occur in the production process as soon as possible by combining high resolution imaging system, specially designed lighting, high performance computer technology and software applications.
The sample to be measured is randomly placed in the measurement area. After running the software of PAL series optical measuring devices, CAD data is called and measurement is made with one click. The software, which can be easily used by press operators, quickly displays how much the sample deviates from the cad data, thanks to its color scale. In addition, the system can decide whether the specified critical measurements are within tolerance (OK/FAIL).
Thanks to the special report format, the measurement results can be examined in detail and all measurements can be recorded. With the digitization of the measurements, it is possible to follow the production retrospectively.
The PAL series, which has multi-measurement capability, offers the opportunity to view the changes that may occur during the production process for each sample at the same time.
