The PAL Series measurement devices are optical measurement machines designed for rapid quality control applications on aluminum extrusion lines. These devices can perform precise measurements near extrusion lines without being affected by environmental factors such as heat, dust, and vibration. The PAL Series integrates high-resolution imaging systems, specially designed lighting, advanced computer technology, and software applications to ensure early detection of production errors. Samples to be measured can be placed anywhere in the measurement area. Once the PAL Series software is initiated, we load the CAD data, and measurements can be performed with a single click. The software is user-friendly, allowing press operators to easily see how much a sample deviates from the CAD data through a color-coded scale. Additionally, the system can determine whether any measurements that had been defined in the reference file are within tolerance (OK/FAIL). Due to its specialized reporting format, measurement results can be analyzed in detail, and all measurements are recorded for reference. The digitization of measurements enables historical production tracking. With its multi-measurement capability, the PAL Series allows for the simultaneous display of changes that may occur during the production process for each sample.
